What can we say - in less than a week we´ve fallen in love with this historical and unique city; it´s friendly locals, beautiful colonial buildings, a mixture of traditional Peruvian and Spanish looking restaurant fronts with colourful balconies, cute courtyards, and forever meandering streets which always take you back to the main square without even trying! Met fantastic like minded travellers here, all giving different snippets of advice and glimpses of where we´re going to ourselves.
...Next stop - Arequipa, after much debate and mixed reviews from the people we´ve met who are doing the reverse of our trip. So, just getting ready now for the 8pm overnight bus; 10 hours of reclining seat/beds, Spanish soap operas, and a Ryanair type meal (we assume!). Photos to follow.
